These customer-facing terms explain how DomiCall signup, payment authorization, trial minutes and cancellation work. Any separately signed order form or data processing terms take priority where they conflict.
DomiCall provides AI front desk software for answering, qualifying, booking and routing customer calls. The service depends on accurate business information, suitable call handling instructions and provider integrations remaining available.
Signup authorizes a payment method before the workspace is created. The included trial voice minutes are a one-time usage allowance. The selected paid plan starts automatically after the trial allowance is consumed, unless activation fails.
You can request cancellation by contacting DomiCall. Cancellation stops future monthly plan renewals after the current billing period. Usage already consumed and charges already due are not automatically refunded unless required by law or agreed separately.
Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT or other taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT or taxes may be added during checkout or invoicing based on the customer account and billing details.
